Location: Bulgaria / Remote
We are recruiting for six distinct roles within an AI & Automation team. This opening is for an Engineer – Copilot Studio / AI.
Common Requirements
- Solid experience in the relevant area of expertise
- Experience with automation and efficiency improvements
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with PowerShell, scripting, or similar automation technologies is an advantage
- Experience with AI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or related technologies is a strong advantage
- Good communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Copilot Studio agents
- Develop Power Automate flows
- Develop RAG solutions and knowledge-grounding approaches
- Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, Entra ID, and other enterprise systems
Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, and Generative AI
- Experience with agent-based AI solutions
