Engineer – Service Desk / GAM / EUC

 Location: Bulgaria / Remote

We are recruiting for six distinct roles within an AI & Automation team. This opening is for an Engineer – Service Desk / GAM / EUC.

Common Requirements

• Solid experience in the relevant area of expertise
• Experience with automation and efficiency improvements
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with PowerShell, scripting, or similar automation technologies is an advantage
• Experience with AI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or related technologies is a strong advantage
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Access and account management automation
• Active Directory / Entra ID
• Group and permissions administration
• End User Computing processes
• Automation of user lifecycle processes

Profile

• Experience with IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, or Service Desk automation
• Good understanding of user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• Experience with Power Automate or equivalent technologies is an advantage
