Senior Project Manager – SAP Finance Transformation

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Finance transformation program with a strong focus on SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA.

The role combines project and program management with cross-functional coordination across Finance, technology, product, and dependent teams. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, support decision-making, and ensure that plans, risks, dependencies, ownership, and delivery remain clearly managed across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead the planning and delivery of the Finance transformation together with the Finance Business Lead.
• Coordinate activities across Finance technology teams, product teams, and dependent workstreams.
• Manage project plans, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and preparation for key decisions.
• Track delivery progress and maintain clear ownership and transparency across all involved workstreams.
• Participate in important workshops, reviews, governance meetings, and decision forums.

Required Technical Experience

• Good understanding of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Ability to translate and connect Finance business requirements with relevant technology and product solutions.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Experience managing complex delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Fluent English.

Leadership and Experience

• Strong senior-level project leadership experience.
• Proven background leading cross-functional transformation or change initiatives.
• Ability to co-lead programs with senior business stakeholders and influence decision-making without direct line-management authority.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating several parallel workstreams.
• Previous experience in Finance, SAP environments, and large organizations is considered highly beneficial.
